- 1 cup cup Oats (Instant Oats or alternatively Rolled Oats can be used)
- 1/2 cup Water (to add on)
- 2 tablespoons Flour (Besan)
- 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya) Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ajwain
- Salt as per taste
- Finely chopped veggies (Green Chillies, Ginger, Onion, Capsicum, Carrot & Coriander)
- Oil (for frying)
