As I talk to more people, I often find that they are overtly focussed on the problems, and so they end up worrying all the time. But my take is when you focus on possibilities; you actually tend to have more opportunities. In these dark quarantined days, I am focusing on what more can I do for my viewers, how I can continue to help everyone; and there you go so many lockdown recipe ideas have emerged. Just because I am focused on possibilities and not the problem. If you stay focussed on your goal; you tend to find alternative ways. And I have seen that people really appreciate when you focus on helping them in whatever little way you can.
Focusing on good gets better and focussing on bad gets worse over a period of time. Keep flowing, and don’t stop. Lockdown is to stop physical movements and not traveling of ideas. Corona may have curtailed our movement but not our thoughts; it may have put a coma, but it’s not a full stop.
It caught us on a wrong foot but it doesn’t mean we cannot move forward.
This time will go too. And a few years from now, we all will look back and tell stories to the new generations that will follow. Think about what will you be telling them; how you were worried about the problems that Corona put before all of us or will it be how you used that time, fought and found your way out by focusing on possibilities. What will be your story? Think about it.
