  1. Method

    • Wash the sabudana and soak in water for at least 2 hours.
    • Heat up a pan or kadhai and add milk and sabudana.
    • Bring to boil and reduce till 3/4th.
    • Add sugar and mix it well.
    • Now add saffron milk and bring to boil.
    • Time to add almonds, cashews , pistachios and mix well.
    • Cook for 8 -10 minutes.
    • Cool down the kheer and refrigerate in the fridge and serve chill .
    • You can even serve kheer hot.
    • Garnish with some nuts.
