I don’t like frying all the fresh veggies and losing its nutrition completely. And plus all that oil; no way. So sharing my verion of No Fry Veg Manchurian. And the double benefit, showing you with gravy as well as dry version. Enjoy with rice, noodles or just as bites for starters.

  1. Method

    • To Make Manchurian Balls:-
    • In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
    • Add some finely chopped French Beans, Carrot, Capsicum &
    • Onion (approx 1/2 cup each)
    • Add finely chopped Garlic, Ginger & Green Chillies
    • Add Salt as per taste
    • Add 1 tbs Soya Sauce
    • Mix everything well
    • Further add 2 tbs Maida
    • Add 1 tbs Corn Starch
    • Add Crushed Black Pepper
    • Combine everything together and quickly start making
    • Manchurian Balls
    • Heat appe pan, pour very little Oil in all cavities
    • Add spoonful of mixture in each cavity
    • Cook it on low to medium heat
    • Flip and cook both the sides until nice golden-brown
    • To Make Gravy:-
    • Heat up the pan, add 2 tsp Oil
    • Add finely chopped Onion, Garlic & Green Chillies
    • Add Salt as per taste
    • Add 1 tsp Soya Sauce
    • Add 1 tsp Vinegar
    • Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
    • Add 1/2 cup Water
    • Dilute Cornflour with Water and add it in the gravy
    • Keep stirring continuously until gravy turns thicker (or for 2 min)
    • Turn off the heat and remove some gravy aside
    • Add Manchurian Balls in the gravy pan
    • Mix it and cook for 5 min
    • Sprinkle some Chopped Spring Onion & Coriander
    • Take it on a serving plate
    • Let's make Dry Manchurian from the remaining gravy
    • Take it in the same pan and cook till one boil
    • Add Manchurian Balls and mix it
    • Turn off the heat
    • Sprinkle some Chopped Spring Onion & Coriander
    • Take it on a serving plate
    • Enjoy Hot and Scrumptious No Fry Veg Manchurian Gravy & Dry.
