Aloo Biscuit Masala Sandwich Recipe

This is a quick snack that you can prepare anytime. And if you have leftover aloo bhaji then also this is another way you can finish it by converting into a yummy snack. Biscuit Masala Sandwich tastes a mix of street style masala sandwich toast and desi chat.

How to make Aloo Biscuit Masala Sandwich ?


  • 1/2 tsp oil.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
  • A pinch of asafoetida powder (hing).
  • Some turmeric powder.
  • Some grated ginger
  • Little boiled grated potatoes.
  • Some lemon juice
  • Some finely chopped tomatoes.
  • Some finely chopped green/ red onions.
  • Finely chopped coriander.
  • Some finely chopped mint leaves.
  • Biscuits
  • Tomato ketchup.
  • Some green chutney.
  • Some sev.


  • Heat up the pan, pour 1/2 tsp oil in it.
  • Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Add a pinch of asafoetida powder (hing) – optional.
  • Add some turmeric powder.
  • Add some grated ginger.
  • Add some boiled grated potatoes, mix it well and turn off the stove.
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice on it, take the mixture in a bowl and rest it for a while.
  • Now Add some finely chopped tomatoes
    Add some finely chopped green/ red onions.
  • Add some finely chopped coriander
  • Add some mint leaves (optional) and mix it well.
  • Apply some oil on your palms and make some small cutlets of the mixture.
  • Take 2 biscuits, place some tomato ketchup and a cutlet on one biscuit and then apply some green chutney on the other, place it down gently. (Add cheese if you wish to)
  • Apply some chutney from the sides of sandwich and dip it in the sev/ mixture of chopped tomatoes, coriander and onions.
  • And then your super simple, super delicious and super cute Masala Biscuit Sandwiches are ready.
