Heat up the pan, pour 1/2 tsp oil in it.
Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
Add a pinch of asafoetida powder(hing) – optional
Add some turmeric powder
Add some grated ginger
Add some boiled grated potatoes, mix it well and turn off the stove.
Sprinkle some lemon juice on it, take the mixture in a bowl and rest it for a while.
Add some finely chopped tomatoes
Add some finely chopped green/red onions
Add some finely chopped coriander
Add some mint leaves(optional) and mix it well.
Apply some oil on your palms and make some small cutlets of the mixture.
Take 2 biscuits, place some tomato ketchup and a cutlet on one biscuit and then apply some green chutney on the other, place it down gently.
(Add cheese if you wish to)
Apply some chutney from the sides of sandwich and dip it in the sev/mixture of chopped tomatoes, coriander and onions.
