Atta laddoo (No Sugar): Took few minutes to make this unbelievably simple yet delicious Atta Laddoo. Best part sugar is replaced with jaggery powder. With flavors of cardamom and ghee and crunch of dry fruits; I am sure Ganpati Bappa will love this Bhog.

Aata ladoo Wheat Flour Laddu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ghee.
  • Some chopped cashews.
  • Some chopped almonds.
  • Some chopped pistachios.
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour.
  • 10 to 12 raisins.
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder.
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder.

Method

How to make ?

  • Heat a pan add ghee and cashews nuts, almonds and pistachios fry for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Than add whole wheat flour roast till get golden brown colour.
  • After that take it in a bowl add raisins, jaggery powder and cardamom powder and mix it well and cool slightly.
  • Grease palm with ghee
  • After that Take a batch of mixture and shape it in to round make laddoos.
  • Coat it in almond and pistachios.
