Good to make and keep during this season. Bajra Masala Poori goes so well with tea and also can send in school or office tiffin. It’s fried but if you have air frier then you could save additional callories.
- in a mixing bowl add bajara flour, grated boiled potato, coriander, red chilli powder, jeera, ajwain, white seseme seeds and salt and mix it .
- than add oil and rub it well.
- than add water gradually and make stiff dough.
- greased some oil.
- take small portion of dough and give shape like puri.
- deep fry on medium hot oil.
- served this puris with curd. or have it like this.
