  1. Method

    • Take a mixing bowl
    • Add 2 medium Potatoes, grated
    • Add 1 small piece of Carrot, grated
    • Add 1 medium Onion, grated
    • Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
    • Add a handful of finely chopped Coriander Leaves
    • Add 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
    • Add 1 tbs White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
    • Add 1 tsp Ajwain
    • Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
    • Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
    • Add 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    • Add 1.5 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder
    • Add Salt as per taste
    • Gently mix it and add 2 tbs Gram floyur (Besan)
    • Add 1.5 cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta)
    • Mix it well with the help of spoon
    • Add a spoonful of Water (as required) and make a thick batter
    • Heat the pan, add Oil and wipe with a tissue
    • Take a small portion of batter on pan
    • Flatten with the help of hand by applying little Water over it
    • Make a small hole in the middle
    • Drizzle some Oil around
    • Cook both the sides until nice golden-brown
    • (Make more Thalipith with the same procedure)
