To Make Stuffing

  1. Method

    • Heat up the pan, add 1 tsp oil/ghee in it
    • Add 2 spoon finely chopped garlic
    • Add some finely chopped green chillies
    • Add 3-4 tbs finely chopped spring onions
    • Add 1 cup methi (well rinsed & finely chopped)
    • Add 1 tsp kasuri methi (optional for fragrance)
    • Add salt as per taste
    • Add some finely chopped coriander, mix it well and turn off the stove quickly.
