Boiled Peanut Chaat Recipe: This is as simple as it gets. Just boil regular peanuts in pressure cooker for 2 whistles. And you are really going to love this version of chaat. And it’s so easy, even kids can make it.

How to make Boiled Peanut Chaat Recipe?

  • 1 cup Boiled Peanuts (soaked in water for 1 hour).
  • Water.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Small piece of finely chopped Cucumber.
  • 1 spoon finely chopped Onion.
  • Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste).
  • Some finely chopped Bell Peppers.
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped Tomato.
  • Some finely chopped Cabbage.
  • Some finely chopped Purple Cabbage.
  • Some Pomegranate Seeds.
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
    Red Chilli Powder (as per taste).
  • 2 spoon Dhaniya Pudina Chutney.
  • 2 spoon Imli Chutney.
  • 1 Lemon Juice
    Sev (optional).
  • In a pressure cooker add 1 cup Peanuts (soaked in water for 1 hour).
  • Add some water and salt to taste and pressure cook up to 2 whistles on medium flame.
  • Once cooled, take it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add a small piece of finely chopped Cucumber.
  • Add 1 spoon finely chopped Onion.
  • Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste).
  • Add some finely chopped Bell Peppers.
  • Add 1 medium sized finely chopped Tomato.
  • Add some finely chopped White Cabbage.
  • Add some finely chopped Purple Cabbage
    (Add vegetables as per your choice).
  • Add some Pomegranate Seeds.
  • Add some finely chopped Coriander.
  • Add few roughly chopped Mint Leaves.
  • Add 1 tsp Chaat Masala.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste).
  • Add 2 spoon Dhaniya Pudina Chutney.
  • Add 2 spoon Imli Chutney.
  • Add 1 Lemon Juice.
  • Add Salt as per taste & mix everything well.
  • Add Sev (optional) & again mix it.
  • Take it on a serving plate and top with some sev and mint leave.
  • So here’s your Healthy, Tasty Boiled Peanut Chaat ready!
