Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chocolate cake (chocolate sponge cake).
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache.
  • 1 cup dark chocolate.
  • 1 tbs butter
  • Some colorful sprinkles.
  • Some lollipop stick.

Methods

  • In a large bowl crumble the cake.
  • It should look like bread crumbs.
  • Add chocolate ganache into the cake crumbs mix it well till u can make smooth ball keep the chocolate balls into the Fridge for half n hour.
  • Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler or microwave till chocolate gets melt.
  • Dip lollipop stick in the melted chocolate n then press in the chocolate balls.
  • Deep each chocolate balls in the melted chocolate.
  • Coat them well sprinkle some colorful sprinkler on top of the ball.
  • Refrigerate chocolate balls for half an hour. ready to eat.
