How to make Buttermilk Masala Powder?

Ingredients

My Secret

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
  • 1 tsp coriander (sabut dhaniya).
  • 5-6 black/ white pepper.
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf).
  • 1 tsp black salt (kala namak).
  • 1/2 tsp mint (pudina) powder.
  • 1/2 tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder.
  • 1/2 cup curd (dahi).
  • Water.
  • Salt as per taste.

Method

How to make?

  • Take a pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
  • Add 1 tsp coriander (sabut dhaniya).
  • Add 5-6 black/ white pepper.
  • Add 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf).
  • Turn on the stove and dry roast until it turns golden brown.
  • Let it cool down.
  • Grind in a mixer jar and make fine powder.
  • Add 1 tsp black salt (kala namak) (To store this powder, dry roast black salt for 5 mins then add).
  • Add 1/2 tsp mint (pudina) powder.
  • Add 1/2 tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder and again grind it

  • Further, take a jar, add 1/2 cup curd (dahi).
  • Add 1 tsp masala (powder).
  • Add some water.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Add water gradually and blend with electric beater.
  • Take a glass/ jar, add some ice cubes.
  • Pour chaas in it, sprinkle some masala and put a mint leaves on top.
  • And then enjoy your Natural Summer Cooler Masala Chaas!!!
