Slit the Jalapenos from center & remove all the seeds
Stuff Shredded Cheddar Cheese into that.
Season Maida with salt & pepper.
Deep Jalapenos into dry maida .
Then deep it in corn floor slurry
Coat with dry bread crumbs
Keep the Jalapenos in a refrigerator for half an hour.
Then deep fry in hot oil
Stuffed Cheese Jalapenos are ready, serve with dip of your choice
