    Making the most of seasonal Cherries from Chile. Here’s Cherry Shrikhand to Cherry-sh every moment as we run into the New Year.

    How to make Cherry ShriKhand at home ?


    My secrets

    • Approx 150-200 gm hung curd (dahi ka chakka).
    • 2 nos cardamom (elaichi) powder.
    • Some finely chopped.
    • Chile Cherries
      80 gm powder sugar.


    How to make?

    • Take a mixing bowl, add approx 150 – 200 gm hung curd (dahi ka chakka – hang thick dahi overnight in refrigerator in a muslin cloth to drain water).
    • Add some cardamom (elaichi) powder.
    • Add some finely chopped Chile Cherries.
    • Add 80 gm powder sugar (or as per taste) and mix gently.
    • Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour to serve chilled.
    • Further take a piping bag along with a big nozzle, fill Shrikhand in it.
    • Add Shrikhand in shot glasses, top with Fresh Chile Cherries and sprinkle some cardamom (elaichi) powder.
    • Serve this Lucious Chile Cherry Shrikhand chilled and make your Misty winter special!!!
