How to make Chicken Tikka Kebab Recipe?

Ingredients

  • 700 g skinless ,boneless chicken breasts. ( cut in to cubes ).
  • 150 gm yogurt.
  • 2 tbs tikka masala.
  • 1 tbs red chilli powder.
  • 1 tbs kasuri methi (crushed).

Methods

  • In a big bowl, add yogurt, tikka masala , chili power, kasuri methi and salt (if required ).
  • Mix them all well Add chicken in to above marination and leave it for half an hour. ( two hours will be great).

  • Take wooden skewered  (soaked in the water) and arrange already marinated chicken, onion and capsicum one by one.
  • Grill the Kabab over grill pan OR in the oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes OR over the barbecue.
  • You may eat these with Chutney. My recommendation is to serve these as part of the Lebanese platter including green chutney, humus and pita bread.
