How to make Chilli Paneer Recipe | चिल्ली पनीर | paneer chilli dry restaurant style recipe
I prefer having this at home rather than at restuarant simply because I can control the amount of spices/sauces into this popular starter - Chili Paneer. Sharing the restaurant style Chili Paneer, best to have it when hot.

Method
- Take a mixing bowl, add 3 tbs Plain Flour (Maida)
- Add 2 tbs Rice Flour (Chawal ka Atta)
- Add 1 tbs Corn Flour
- Add Chilli Flakes
- Add Salt as per taste
- Add Water to make thick mixture (as dosa batter)
- Mix it up and keep aside
- Take another mixing bowl
- Add 2 tbs Soya Sauce
- Add 1.5 tbs Chilli Sauce
- Add 1.5 tsp Vinegar
- Add 2 tsp Sugar
- Add 2 tsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
- Take 200 gm Paneer, cut into cubes
- Dip paneer cubes into batter and fry them in Oil
- Remove access Oil and keep approx 1 tbs Oil in pan
- Add 3-4 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
- Add a small piece of finely chopped Ginger Knob
- Add 2-3 Green Chillies
- Add 2 Dry Red Chillies
- Add Salt as per taste
- Add crushed Black Pepper
- Add coloured Bell Peppers and Onion cut into large dices
- Toss all veggies and add fried Paneer
- Add Sauce mixture
- Mix everything well and turn off the heat
- Serve this Mouthwatering Chilli Paneer warm
