    It’s so easy and quick to cook Chinese Veg Fried rice. Recipe is so easy that it takes 5 minutes to make this  street food dish.  Super quick and full of veggies – Chinese Veg Fried Rice.

    How to make Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice ?


    • 2 tbs oil.
    • Shredded ginger and garlic.
    • Chopped Carrots.
    • Chopped beans.
    • Salt.
    • Finely chopped spring onion whites.
    • Chopped bell peppers.
    • Fresh matar (peas).
    • Black pepper crushed.
    • 4-5 tsp soya sauce
    • 2 tsp vinegar.
    • 1 cup pre-cooked rice.


    • Heat up a pan.
    • Take  2 tbs oil.
    • Take shredded ginger and garlic.
    • First take carrot and beans as they take longer to cook.
    • Some salt – go easy on salt as you will be adding soya sauce which itself is saulty.
    • Add spring onion whites finely chopped.
    • Add chopped bell peppers.
    • Add some fresh matar (good to add if available in the season).
    • I love black pepper in Chinese food, so will add some crushed black pepper.
    • Add 4-5 tsp soya sauce.
    • Add 2 tsp vinegar.
    • Mix everything well.
    • Add 1 cup pre-cooked rice.
    • Nicely mix.
    • Fried rice are ready, taste salt and add if you need.
    • Mix well.
    • Plate fried rice and garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens.
