Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

How to make Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice ?
Ingredients
- 2 tbs oil.
- Shredded ginger and garlic.
- Chopped Carrots.
- Chopped beans.
- Salt.
- Finely chopped spring onion whites.
- Chopped bell peppers.
- Fresh matar (peas).
- Black pepper crushed.
- 4-5 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar.
- 1 cup pre-cooked rice.
Methods
- Heat up a pan.
- Take 2 tbs oil.
- Take shredded ginger and garlic.
- First take carrot and beans as they take longer to cook.
- Some salt – go easy on salt as you will be adding soya sauce which itself is saulty.
- Add spring onion whites finely chopped.
- Add chopped bell peppers.
- Add some fresh matar (good to add if available in the season).
- I love black pepper in Chinese food, so will add some crushed black pepper.
- Add 4-5 tsp soya sauce.
- Add 2 tsp vinegar.
- Mix everything well.
- Add 1 cup pre-cooked rice.
- Nicely mix.
- Fried rice are ready, taste salt and add if you need.
- Mix well.
- Plate fried rice and garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens.
