Chocolate Pinwheel Rolls chocolate coconut rolls 

This is no cook no bake dessert. Easy to make; even kids can make. Please follow the little tips I have given so that your pinwheel roll comes out nicely.

Note: If you don’t like coconut then can use any nut or cashew powder and mix with milk powder.

Process to make Chocolate Pinwheel Rolls


Secrets of the recipe

  • 1 big packet of marie / digestive biscuit.
  • 1.5 tbs cocoa powder.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • 3 tsp melted butter.
  • Milk
  • 1/2 cup desicatted coconut.
  • 1.5 tsp sugar powder.
  • 2 tsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp butter.


How to make?

  • Take a full Marie biscuit packet, crush and churn it in mixie, make sure no lumps left
  • We want fine powder consistency in a bowl.
  • Add 1.1/2 tbs cocoa powder; if you like less bitter; then add less. 
  • Add 1 tsp sugar; but you can add more if you like.
  • Add 3 tsp melted butter.
  • Mix and start adding 1-1 tsp of milk about 5-6 tsp of milk; keep aside the dough.
  • Now in another bowl take desicatted coconut (siloni kopra).
  • Add 1.1/2 tsp sugar powder.
  • Add 2 tsp milk powder.
  • Add 1 tsp butter
  • Mix welll; and keep adding 1-1 tsp of milk till you get the right consistency.
  • Now both mixtures are ready. 
  • Take a plastic sheet and place the biscuit dough, cover it with plastic and try flatten it to paratha consistency.
  • Now spread the coconut mix on the top and try and roll it gently.
  • Use plastic border to roll and make cylinder shape.
  • Keep it inside plastic and keep in fridge for 30 minutes so that butter gets set.
  • Take it out and cut such that inside pinwheel is visible.
  • Effortless Chocolate Pinwheel Rolls are ready.
