How to make Grilled Paneer Recipe at home?

  • 150 gm paneer cut into cubes.
  • 1-2 tsp oil + 1 tsp oil.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Red chilli powder (as per taste).
  • Approx 50-60 gm.
  • California Pistachios.
  • 2 tbs honey.
  • 1 lime juice.
  • Coriander leaves (to garnish).

  • Take a mixing bowl, add 150 gm paneer cut into cubes.
  • Add 1-2 tsp oil.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Add red chilli powder (very small qty), coat well with oil and rest for 5-10 mins (If you wish, you can add finely chopped garlic).
  • Further heat up the pan, pour 1 tsp oil.
  • Add approx 50-60 gm California Pistachios (remove shells).
  • Toss for 5 mins in oil.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Add red chilli powder (as per taste), toss them and remove from heat.
  • Then heat up the grill pan.
  • Grill marinated paneer until it turns golden-brown from both sides.
  • Further take a mixing bowl, add 2 tbs honey.
  • Add 1 lime juice.
  • Add red chilli powder (as per taste).
  • Add salt as per taste and mix well honey syrup.
  • Then finely chop spicy roasted pistachios and spread them.
  • Dip paneer cubes in honey syrup and coat with chopped pistachios.
  • Drizzle some honey syrup and garnish wish coriander leaves on top
