    This is first time you will see cranberry juice transformed to jelly with 3 more ingredients and creating this beautiful dessert shots – 100% vegetarian way.

    • 1 cup cranberry juice.
    • 2 tsp agar agar powder.
    • 1/2 cup full cream milk.
    • 1 tbs sugar.
    • Some chopped US cranberries.

    Method

    How to make?

    • Take a sause pan, add 1 cup cranberry juice.
    • Add 1 tsp agar agar powder, mix it well and dissolve it at normal temperature.
      (You can add 1/2 – 1 tsp sugar in it as per your taste).
    • Heat up the pan, bring it to boil and turn off the stove.
    • Take a small glass, pour 1.5 tsp cranberry juice mixture in it and leave it to set the mixture.
    • Take another sause pan, add 1/2 cup full cream milk.
    • Add 1 tsp agar agar powder.
    • Add 1 tbs sugar and mix it well at normal temperature.
    • Further heat up the pan, keep stirring milk and cook it on slow flame until it boils.
    • Pour 1.5 tsp milk mixture in the same glass to make milk layer.
    • Further again warm cranberry mixture on slow flame to get pouring consistency.
    • Pour more 1.5 tsp mixture and leave it to set.
    • Again warm milk mixture on slow flame to get pouring consistency.
    • Then add a last layer of milk mixture.
    • Add some chopped US Cranberries and a mint leave on top.
      (Prepare this dessert in some more glasses with the same procedure, at the same time).
