Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 kg Chicken Drum Sticks
8 garlic cloves finely chopped
Some coriander roots - finely chopped (optional)
2 tbs soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4th tsp Turmeric powder
Salt per taste
2 cups rice floor
Oil for deep frying 
Sweet chili sauce for serving OR
Yogurt dip

 

Method

First marinate the chicken with garlic, coriander roots, soya sauce, salt, pepper, cin seed, Turmeric powder, sugar.

Keep it aside.
Let it marinate for 1-2 hours
Place the rice floor in a large bowl or tray
Coat the chicken in the floor & Shake off the excess
Heat the oil in the frying pan
Add half the chicken pieces and deep fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown in color
Drain it with peppe towel and serve with the choice of dip
Enjoy hot.
