Vanilla Tea-Time Cake

How to make Eggless Vanilla ?

Ingredients

  • 100 g plain flour
  • 80 g butter
  • 200 g condense milk
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cardamom (powder )

For making syrup :-

  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1/2 cup water
    saffron

Topping :-

  • pistachio sliced
  • almond  sliced
  • dry cranberry chopped.

Methods

  • In a bowl  mix butter and condensed milk.
  • Mix them well.
  • Add vanilla and cardamom.
  • Add half of the milk and mix it well.
  • Mix maida, baking powder, baking soda .
  • Add maida mix in to the wet mixture.
  • Add rest of the milk n make smooth cake batter.
  • Put it in to pre-heated oven and bake at 180 degree for 30 to 35 minutes.  

To make syrup :-

  • In a pan add honey , water and saffron.
    Boil till it gets half.
  • Let it come to room temperature.
  • Pour it over warm cake.
  • Top it with sliced pistachio, almond and chopped cranberries.
  • Tastes better when served warm.
