How to make Fried Chicken Recipe?

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Drum Sticks.
  • 8 garlic cloves finely chopped.
  • Some coriander roots – finely. chopped (optional).
  • 2 tbs soya sauce.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • 1 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4th tsp Turmeric powder.
  • Salt per taste.
  • 2 cups rice floor.
  • Oil for deep frying. 
  • Sweet chili sauce for serving OR
    Yogurt dip.

Methods

First marinate the chicken with garlic, coriander roots, soya sauce, salt, pepper, cin seed, Turmeric powder, sugar.

  • First marinate the chicken with garlic, coriander roots, soya sauce, salt, pepper, cin seed, Turmeric powder, sugar.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
  • Place the rice floor in a large bowl or tray.
  • Coat the chicken in the floor & Shake off the excess.
  • Heat the oil in the frying pan.
  • Add half the chicken pieces and deep fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown in color.
  • Drain it with peppe towel and serve with the choice of dip
  • Enjoy hot.
