How to make Fried Chicken Recipe?
- 1 kg Chicken Drum Sticks.
- 8 garlic cloves finely chopped.
- Some coriander roots – finely. chopped (optional).
- 2 tbs soya sauce.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1 tsp ground pepper.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1/4th tsp Turmeric powder.
- Salt per taste.
- 2 cups rice floor.
- Oil for deep frying.
- Sweet chili sauce for serving OR
First marinate the chicken with garlic, coriander roots, soya sauce, salt, pepper, cin seed, Turmeric powder, sugar.

- Keep it aside.
- Let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Place the rice floor in a large bowl or tray.
- Coat the chicken in the floor & Shake off the excess.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan.
- Add half the chicken pieces and deep fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown in color.
- Drain it with peppe towel and serve with the choice of dip
- Enjoy hot.
