Healthy Breakfast Mix – हेल्दी टेस्टी नाश्ता | High Protein | Super Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Now here is an idea. If you are used to discarding over-riped banana, think again. You can actually use it as a sweetner for this breakfast mix and can avoid honey and sugar completely. Full of nuts, oats, makhana, flex seeds & Pumpkin Seeds, roasted and can be enjoyed with beaten curd or soya / almond milk. Kick-start your day with my version of Healthy Breakfast Mix.

  1. Method

    • Heat up the pan, add 1/2 tsp olive oil/ghee 
    • (roast all ingredients seperately or as mentioned below, you can also dry roast them)
    • Add 50 gm makhana (lotus seeds)
    • Roast on slow to medium heat until thry turn crunchy
    • Add 2 tbs oats in pan and dry roast for 2 min
    • Then add some dry fruits in the pan
    • (7-8 chopped cashews, 7-8 almonds, 3 walnuts, 2 tbs peanuts & some pistachios)
    • Dry roast well and transfer in a bowl
    • Turn of the heat and add 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
    • Add 1 tbs flaxseeds in pan
    • Roast for a while until they start crackling
    • Take all ingredients in a bowl
    • Add 1 tsp chia seeds
    • Add some Dry US Cranberries (other berries or kishmish is optional)
    • You can store this Premix in an air tight container for 10 days 
    • Further take a serving bowl
    • Add 1 overripe banana cut into slices
    • (or add any fruit as per your choice)
    • Add some beaten curd (diluted with water or soya milk / almond milk is optional)
    • Top with some Breakfast Premix
    • Add such nutritious food in your diet
    • Eat Healthy, Stay Fit!!!
