You can make Garlic Naan at home in quick time, and don't even need yeast or oven or tandoor.

In a bowl, take 2 cup plain flour
Add 1 tsp baking soda
Add some salt
Add 1/4th cup curd (dahin)
Gently mix with hands
Slowly add 150 ml water
and keep mixing with hands to bind the dough
As dough binds up, add 1.5 tsp oil
Again mix the dough
Cover the dough and leave it aside for half an hour
Now make small balls to make nan
Flatten the dough balls and garnish with garlic, coriander and nigella seeds
Keep flattening the nan dough with hands
Apply some water on the backside of nan so that it sticks on the pan
Let it cook for some time on the pan
Now flip the pan and place it upside down
This way you will get a charred effect.
Your Garlic naan is ready, apply some butter on top, and enjoy with Chole or any other Punjabi sabzi of your choice.
