    • In a mixing bowl, take 1.5 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta)
    • Add Salt as per taste
    • Add 1 tbs Oil
    • Add Water gradually and knead a soft dough
    • Apply some Oil on dough and rest for 30 min
    • Roll out few balls from the dough prepared
    • Dust some dry flour on kitchen platform
    • Take a dough ball and roll it thin with the help of rolling pin
    • Brush some melted Ghee on it
    • Dust some Dry Flour
    • Gently hold the paratha from one side
    • Lift it from one side by bringing the corners together
    • (you will get pleates on it like a paper fan)
    • Roll the pleated dough in a tight circle
    • Dust dry flour and again roll it with rolling pin
    • (Make more parathas with the same procedure)
    • Place paratha on pan
    • Dry roast from both the sides on medium heat
    • Then drizzle some Oil
    • Roast until it's golden-brown from both the sides
    • Top with some Coriander and Butter
    • Enjoy this Tempting Wheat Laccha Paratha with any Sabji you like.
