Mix dry ingredients - Maida, Lemon Zest, baking soda abd baking powder.
Mix wet ingredients separately - condense milk, butter, lemon juice- beat it well.
Now add dry ingredients slowly into wet ingredients while mixing it.
Now add milk to bring it to pouring consistency.
Pour the cupcake batter into the cupcake mould.
Pre-heat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes
Bake 180 d for 15-17 minutes
Lemon cupcakes are ready
Glaze it with sugar & lemon juice mix.
