Lockdown Sandwich Recipe

  • This sandwich has very little bread and lots of veggies.
  • Very little mayonnaise and lots of hung curd.
  • No butter or Oil and yet crunchy texture.
  • This is my creation, sitting home for consecutive 6th day. The Lockdown Sandwich.

How to prepare Lockdown Sandwich ?

Ingredients

Addition in Lockdown Sandwich

  • 150 gm Hung Curd.
  • 2 spoon mayonnaise.
  • Burger Buns
  • Salt.
  • Chopped fresh chillies.
  • Finely Chopped carrots.
  • Finely Chopped.
  • Spring Onions.
  • Boiled sweet corns.
  • Chopped coriander leaves.
  • Chopped cabbage.
  • Coriander Green chutney (you will recipe of green chutney on my channel).
  • Some ketchup.

Methods

How to prepare Lockdown Sandwich:

  • Mix all the vegetables
  • Add hung curd, salt and mayonnaise
  • Make sure hung curd has no water inside else sandwich will get soggy very quickly
  • Take a burger buns
  • Create cavity inside the buns
  • Apply green chutney inside of the bun
  • Fill the cavity with salad mix
  • Garnish with tomato ketchup and coriander leaves
  • Super healthy sandwich is best for people not wanting to put on weight.
