Do try these with some fresh curd, you are in for the tastiest tea time snacks. In Gujarat, people have Methi Gota and Curd a lot. In fact, if you go to Dakore, it’s very famous for it’s Methi Gota and Curd. They even sell pre-mix of methi gota.

  1. Method

    • Heat a pan
    • Add black papper and coriander
    • Dry roast for 4-5 minutes on low to medium flame.
    • Crush slightly and keep aside, we will need thi later.
    • In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Fenugreek leaves
    • Add the already prepared papper-coriander crush mix 1 tbsp
    • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • Add 1 tsp sugar, a pinch hing, 1 cup besan, 1 tbsp barik sooji, and salt as per taste
    • Mix it and add water gradually to make medium thick batter
    • Add 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 lemon juice
    • Mix it once.
    • Fry in medium hot oil on low to medium flame till cooked completely inside out till you get golden colour.
    • Serve with tea or curd.
