How to make Microwave Chocolate Brownies ?


My Secrets

Ingredients :

  • 1.5 tbs butter.
  • 2 tbs chopped dark /milk chocolate.
  • 2 tbs sugar.
  • 4.5 tbs white flour (maida).
  • A pinch of baking powder.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1.5 tbs milk.
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee.
  • Some chopped chocolate/ dry fruits
  • Some colourful chocolates.
  • Ice cream.


How to Make?

Method :

  • Take a microwaveable bowl, add 1.5 tbs butter.
  • Add 2 tbs chopped dark/ milk chocolate and melt it in microwave.
  • Add 2 tbs sugar in the chocolate mixture and stir it well.
  • Take another bowl, add 4.5 tbs white flour (maida)
  • Add a pinch of baking powder.
  • Add a pinch of salt
  • Add this mixture in the bowl of chocolate mixture and mix it well.
  • Further take 1.5 tbs milk in a small bowl, add 1/2 tsp instant coffee in it, mix it well and add it in the chocolate mixture.
    (Bitterness of coffee compliments the taste of brownie well).
  • Take a baking tray, place a butter paper on it.
  • Add some chopped chocolate on it.
  • Add some colourful chocolates/dry fruits on it.
    (All the ingredients to make this brownie should be of room temperature).
  • Cook it in the microwave for 1.30 minutes on high temperature.
  • Then rest the brownie for 5 mins and cut it into square shape.
  • Take it on a serving plate, dust some icing sugar from sides.
  • Add ice cream on it, add some chopped chocolate and a mint leave on top.
  • So here’s your Quickest, Fudgy and Classic Brownie ready.
