How to make Milk Masala Powder ?

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 Nutmeg (Jaiphal)
  • 8-10 Cardamom Seeds (Elaichi ke Daane)
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 8-10 Peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
  • 1 tsp Sugar + more as per taste
  • Few Saffron Threads (Kesar – optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth – optional)
  • 1.5 tbs Milk Powder (optional)
  • 2 Cup Milk.

Method

How to make?

  • Dry roast Almonds, Cashews & Pistachios
  • Let them cool down
    In a mixer jar, add 1/2 Nutmeg (Jaiphal)
  • Add 8-10 Cardamom Seeds (Elaichi ke Daane)
  • Add 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • Add 8-10 Peppercorns (Kali Mirch)
  • Add 1/2 tsp Sugar (helps to grind fine)
  • Grind it on pulse to make powder
  • Transfer in a mixing bowl
  • Now add roasted nuts in mixer jar, add 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Churn to make fine powder
  • Transfer in a bowl of spice mixture
  • Add few Saffron Threads (Kesar – optional)
  • Add 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth – optional)
  • Add 1.5 tbs Milk Powder (optional)
  • Mix everything well
  • Heat 2 Cup Milk in a vessel
  • Add Sugar (as per taste)
  • Add 2 tbs Doodh ka Masala
  • Let the milk nicely boil
  • Enjoy this Delicious Masala Doodh warm!
