Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

Ingredients

2 Chillies
2 Garlic Cloves
2 tbs Peanuts
A small piece of ginger
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1 Lime Juice
2 tbs water
Salt as per taste

Method

We are making the versatile Green Chutney made from Coriander and Mint leaves.
First take a mixer grinder and fill peanuts in it. Peanuts give thick consistency to
Chutney.
Add chillies & garlic cloves.
Add a piece of small ginger (optional).
Now grind these ingredients till you get paste consistency.
Now add Coriander & Mint leaves.
Add lime juice. And add water so that you get a nice churn in the grinder.
Grind the ingredients again.
Add some salt as per taste, don't add too much salt, you may add more later.
Give the final grind.
Green Chutney is ready to be served.
