Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe

How to Make Mint Coriander Chutney/ Pudina Chutney ?

We are making the versatile Green Chutney made from Coriander and Mint leaves.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chillies.
  • 2 Garlic Cloves.
  • 2 tbs Peanuts.
  • A small piece of ginger.
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves.
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves.
  • 1 Lime Juice.
  • 2 tbs water.
  • Salt as per taste.

Method

How to make?

  • We are making the versatile Green Chutney made from Coriander and Mint leaves.
  • First take a mixer grinder and fill peanuts in it.
  • Peanuts give thick consistency to
    Chutney.
  • Add chillies & garlic cloves.
  • Add a piece of small ginger (optional).
  • Now grind these ingredients till you get paste consistency.
  • Now add Coriander & Mint leaves.
  • Add lime juice. And add water so that you get a nice churn in the grinder.
  • Grind the ingredients again.
  • Add some salt as per taste, don’t add too much salt, you may add more later.
  • Give the final grind.
  • Green Chutney is ready to be served.
