Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (cut in cubes)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 whole green chili slit
  • 1/2 box Mushroom
  • 1/2 each Red &
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 spoon Light Soya sauce
  • 1 spoon brown sugar
  • 2 spoon oyster sauce
  • 3 spoon water
  • 1/2 cup Basil leaves.

Methods

  • In a flat pan, put 1 spoon oil Cook on high heat.
  • Add garlic, let it get golden color.
  • Add onion, chili, and toss it.

  • Add bell peppers and mushrooms.
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes till
  • Mushroom is cooked.
  • Add all the sauces with water.
  • Add brown sugar (no need to salt as both the sauce have enough salt).
  • Add basil leaves, final one more toss and Switch off the flame.
  • Eat this mixed vegetable recipe with Rice berry. 
  • This goes well with Jasmine rice too.
