Ingredients

Baked beans - you will get them readymade from the market
(if you don't get in market then you can make baked beans by baking beans first and then tossing them in tomato sauce)
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 Red, Yellow, Green Bell-peppers finely chopped
1 grated carrot
1 tbs mayyonaise
Cheese & Parsley for garnishing
Salt
Mix Herbs for seasoning
Chilli flakes

Method

If bored of cooking; then I have a no-cooking recipe idea for you; I think this is something we must have had in our childhood in some or the other birthday party. So here's my version of not one but two biscuit toppings; that you may have with any salted biscuit or crackers.

Method:
Take 1/2 cup baked beans in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp chopped tomatoes
Add 1 tsp finely chopped onions
Add 1-2 tsp colourful bell-peppers
Now add mix herbs (you can add fresh basils too - they go well with tomato)
Add chilli flakes
Mix well.
Add salt last - as it leaves the water, and will make your biscuits soft
First topping is ready
Now 2nd topping-
In a bowl, take 1tbs mayonnaise (you may take alternatively cheese spread for kids or for healthy food seekers, you may use hung curd instead of mayonnaise)
Add 1 tsp onion
Add 1-2 tsp colourful bell-peppers
Add 1tsp grated carrots
Add some coriander leaves chopped
Mix well
Add mix herbs (you can add pizza seasoning as an alternative)
Add chilli flakes
The salt you add the last
So 2nd topping is ready.
Take Monaco or any other biscuits; or crackers if you like
Now place the toppings on biscuits
On the biscuit toppings garnish with cheese, parsley and grated carrots
So both biscuit toppings are ready; no cooking; just assemble everything.
