How to make Motichoor Cheesecake?


My Secret

  • 6 regular size motichoor laddoo.
  • 200 gm cream cheese.
  • 1 cup whipped cream.
  • 4-5 elaichi (Cardamom) powder.
  • 4 tbs icing sugar – go easy on sugar as motichoor laddoo are sweet.
  • Few Pistachio with Golden Varkh for decorating.


How to make?

  • Break down/ crush motichoor ladoo.
  • Beat Cream cheese kept at room temperature.
  • Mix some icing sugar, go easy on sugar as Motichoor ladoo are already sweet.
  • Add elaichi powder (cardamom powder) to flavor cream cheese.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add whipped cream, to make the mix airy.
  • Mix it gently.
  • Add mixture in a piping bag.
  • Now make layers of cream cheese mix, motichoor ladoo, and pistachio.
  • Decorate with gold varakh pistachio.
  • The Motichoor Cheesecake recipe is ready.
