400 grm boiled baby potatoes
2 tsp oil
1 tsp fresh/dry red chilli paste
Salt as per taste
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbs fresh/dry red chilli paste
4-5 tbs water
1.5 tbs tomato ketchup
1 tbs soya sauce
6 finely chopped garlic cloves
Some curry leaves
Some finely chopped spring onions
Some chopped green and red chillies
Some roasted peanuts
Heat up the pan pour 1 tsp oil
Add 1 tsp fresh/dry red chilli paste(if dry soak in warm water for 10 mins)
Add 400 grm boiled baby potatoes(half boiled up to 2 whistles in cooker)
Add some salt, mix it and cook until the colour turns golden.
Now take 1 tsp corn flour in a bowl
Add 1 tbs chilli paste
Add 4-5 tbs water
Add 1.5 tbs tomato ketchup
Add 1 tbs soya sauce and mix it well.
(To add any ingredient to corn flour it should be of room temperature)
Heat up the pan, pour 1 tsp oil and add min 6 finely chopped garlic cloves
Add some curry leaves
Add some finely chopped spring onions
Add some chopped green and red chillies
Add some roasted peanuts(for crunch)
Now add the mixture made with sauces and mix it well on slow flame.
Add some water if it’s thicker and cook it by keep mixing.
Add potatoes in it and mix it well.
(Add salt only if required, before adding it taste it once)
Garnish with some finely chopped spring onions and then your No Fry yet Chatpata Aloo 65 is ready.
