Ingredients

  • 50 gm melted dark chocolate.
  • 2 tbs fresh cream (with room temperature).
  • 1 cup whipped cream.
  • Oreo Double Stuf biscuits.

Method

How to make?

  • Take a mixing bowl, add 50 gm melted dark chocolate (melt in oven/with double boiler).
  • Add 2 tbs fresh cream (with room temperature), mix it well to make ganache.
  • Take another mixing bowl, add 2 big spoon ganache.
  • Add 1 cup whipped cream gradually, mix it gently to make mousse.
  • Take a tray and place a cling film/ plastic wrap in it.
  • Place Oreo Double Stuf biscuits in it.
  • Add a layer of chocolate mousse.
  • Again place Oreo Double Stuf biscuits on mousse.
  • Cover with a layer of chocolate mousse.
  • And top with Oreo Double Stuf biscuits.
  • Cover cling film over it and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Further demould tray on a serving plate.
  • Top with some mousse rosettes, also in the side of the cake with the help of piping bag.
