I have seen in many households that kids don’t like to eat nuts and seeds. But if you feed them these nuts and seeds with their favourite Oreo Cookie flavoured, my guarantee they will ask for more. The other good part of these Oreo laddoos is that I have not added additional Ghee or Butter or Sugar.. the sweetness of Oreo Cookies and along dates takes care of both – sweetness and binding. Enjoy these delicious Oreo Laddoos, not only kids even grown-ups won’t be able to stop eating these.

How to make Oreo Ladoo ?

Ingredients

  • 7-8 mildly roasted walnuts.
  • 5-6 roughly chopped almonds.
  • 2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds.
  • 1.5 tsp chia seeds.
  • 3-4 Oreo Biscuits.
  • 5-6 dates (soft seedless).

Method

How to make ?

  • Take a chopper.
  • Add 7-8 mildly roasted walnuts.
  • Add 5-6 roughly chopped almonds.
  • Add 2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds.
  • Coarsely grind this mixture.
  • Transfer mixture in a bowl.
  • Add 1.5 tsp chia seeds.
  • Now churn 3-4 Oreo Biscuits in the chopper.
  • Transfer it to the nuts mixture.
  • Further churn 5-6 dates (soft seedless).
  • Add dates puree in nuts & Oreo mixture.
  • Mix it well with hands and form a ball.
  • Take small portion & roll medium-sized laddu (Make more laddus with the same procedure).
  • Take them on a serving plate.
  • Garnish with some Walnuts & Oreo Cookies Chura.
  • Enjoy your Super Delicious & Healthy Oreo Laddu!!!
