How to make Palak Paneer Pulao Recipe?

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • A bunch of Spinach (Add Palak in hot water, remove in 5 seconds & transfer in a bowl of Ice Water to cool down)
  • Handful of Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 small piece of finely chopped
  • Ginger Knob
  • 4-5 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
  • Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice and Water
  • 2-3 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
  • 1 big piece of Cinnamon (Dalchini)
  • 4-5 Cloves (Laung)
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • Salt as per taste
  • 200 gmPaneer.

Method

How to make?

  • Heat a deep base pan to cook rice
  • Add 2 cup Basmati Rice and Water
  • Add 2-3 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
  • Add 1 big piece of Cinnamon (Dalchini)
  • Add 4-5 Cloves (Laung)
  • Add 1 tsp Ghee
  • Add Salt as per taste
  • Cover the lid & let it cook
  • Further drain cooked rice (to remove water)
  • Heat another pan, add 1 tsp Ghee
  • Add Paneer and saute until light golden-brown
  • And then remove in a bowl

To Make Palak Puree:

  • In a mixer jar, take handful of Coriander Leaves
  • Add slightly blanched Palak
  • Add 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Churn to make puree
  • Further in the same pan of paneer
  • Add 1 tsp Ghee
  • Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • Add 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • Add 1 small piece of finely chopped Ginger Knob
  • Add 4-5 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
  • Saute and add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
  • Add 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
  • Add Salt as per taste
  • Let the onion be light golden-brown
  • Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Add 1.5 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder
  • Add 1 tsp Garam Masala and fry well
  • Now add Palak Puree, keep the flame slow
  • Add fried Paneer & Rice
  • Gently mix everything
  • Serve this Amazingly Delicious Palak Paneer Pulao with Curd to taste best!
