Sounds simple but both Shallow Fried & Fried are different versions with some nuances. After seeing this, if you switch from fried to shallow fried, it’s totally ok. Enjoy Paneer 65

  1. Method

    • For Marination:-
    • First let's marinate Paneer (fry & no fry) simultaneously
    • Take two mixing bowls
    • Take 200 gm Paneer in each bowl
    • Add below ingredients in both bowls of paneer
    • Add Salt to taste
    • Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
    • Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    • Add 1 tsp Ginger - Garlic Paste
    • Add chopped Curry Leaves
    • Add chopped Coriander Leaves
    • Squeeze 1/2 Lemon Juice
    • Further add 1.5 tbs Cornflour in no fry marination
    • Add 1 tbs Rice Flour in it
    • Add a little Water and mix it
    • In the other bowl, add 3 tbs Cornflour
    • Add 1.5 tbs Rice Flour
    • Add Water (to get the consistency as pakoda batter)
    • For healthy version, heat 3 tbs Oil in a pan
    • Add Paneer cubes and fry them
    • Fry until they're golden-brown from all the sides
    • Transfer on a plate
    • Further heat Oil in another pan to deep fry
    • One by one add Paneer to hot oil
    • Fry until nice golden-brown
    • Transfer on a plate
    • For tadka heat Oil in two pans
    • Add Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, slit Green Chillies, finely chopped Ginger & Garlic in both pans
    • Add Paneer cubes and toss them
    • Sprinkle some chopped Coriander
    • Enjoy Super Scrumptious Paneer 65 in Two versions
