  • 300 g panner (cut in to thick cubes).
  • 2 onion (cut in to cubes).
  • 1 capsicum (cut in to cubes).
  • 2 tomatoes (cut in to cubes, without seeds).
  • 1/2 cup hung yogurt.
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi.
  • 2 tbs paneer tikka masala.
  • 2 tbs oil

  • In one flat bowl mix yogurt, paneer tikka masala, oil, kasuri methi.
  • Mix them well. Add paneer cubes into this marination. and leave it for half an hour.
  • Take wooden studs (sock in to water) and arrange onion, capsicum, paneer and tomato one after one.
  • Repeat the same procedure twice.
  • Keep all stueds ready.
  • Heat the grill pan.

  • And let it cook for 2 minutes on each side.
