Ingredients

500ml heavy cream (cooking cream)
3 tbs sugar
1tsp vanilla
2 leaf of gelatine (2 to 3 tsp in powder or Agar Agar powder)
Passion fruit
Blueberries
 

Method


Enjoy this world famous dessert Panna Cotta with sour passion fruit and blueberries topping on the digestive biscuit crumb bed.... u r in for a special treat on ChefMeghnas.Soak gelatin in water
Heat the cooking cream in the pan.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Add soak gelatine in to the hot cream and mix It till gelatine gets dissolved.
Strain the mixture and pour it in to the individual moulds.
Refrigerate the panna cotta over night.
Once panna cotta gets set dmould it.
Garnish the panna cotta with passion fruit and some blueberries.
