Ingredients

Making sauce-
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 stems celery
1/2 onion finely chopped (optional)
200 gm chopped canned tomatoes
Salt per taste
Sugar
Black pepper
Basil leaves

Making pasta-
1 cup boiled al-dante pasta
Olives
Cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Method

Heat the pan
Add cooking olive oil
Sate garlic, celery & onion for 5 minutes
Add canned chopped tomatoes
Add salt, a pinch of sugar and black pepper
Let it cook for 5-10 minutes
Now add pre boiled pasta, olives & cherry tomatoes (if the sauce is too thick, add some pasta water)
Cook for 5 minutes
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and Parmesan cheese
