Ingredients

My Secrets

  • 2 tbs Cashew & Almond Powder.
  • 3 cardamoms.
  • 6 peppercorns.
  • Saffron.
  • Few Dried Rose Petals.
  • 1.5 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf).
  • 2 tsp Melon Seeds.
  • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas).
  • 2 tbs California Pistachios.
  • 1 Glass Chilled Milk.
  • Sugar per taste.
  • 1 tbs Blanched California Pistachios.
  • 2 tsp Thandai Masala.
  • Ice-cubes.
  • Rose Petals & California Pistachios for garnishing.

Method

How to prepare?

  • In a mixie jar,
    take 2 tbs Cashew & Almond Powder.
  • Add 3 cardamoms.
  • Add 6 peppercorns.
  • Add some Saffron.
  • Add Few Dried.
  • Rose Petals.
  • Add 1.5 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf).
  • Add 2 tsp Melon Seeds.
  • Add 2 tsp Poppy Seeds (Khas Khas).
  • Add 2 tbs California Pistachios.
  • Grind everything
    Thandai Masala is now ready.
  • In a mixer, take 1 Glass Chilled Milk.
  • Add sugar per taste.
  • Add 1 tbs Blanched California Pistachios.
  • Add 2 tsp Thandai Masala.
  • Pista Thandai is ready.
  • In a glass, add few Ice-cubes and Pista Thandai.
  • Garnish with Rose Petals & California Pistachios.
