Ingredients

5-6 boiled eggs
Oil
Turmeric Powder
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
2 Green Chilies
Garam Masala
1-2 tomatoes shredded, crushed
 1 big Chopped onion
Few garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt per taste
Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)

Method:

Heat up a pan
Add 2 spoon oil
Let it warm up, we need to fry eggs
Take 5-6 boiled eggs
Prick eggs with fork so that when we fry eggs, the masala goes inside the eggs
Now add a tsp of Turmeric powder and Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
Now place eggs in the pan and let them get coated with masala and get mildly fried
Now take out the eggs.
Now in the same pan, add chopped garlic cloves
Garlic will start getting cooked immediately as oil is already hot
Now add chopped onion
Add tomato shredded and crushed.
Add 2 chopped chilies
Add salt per taste
Cover and cook for 5--10 minutes, till you see oil is released from the masalas and coming to the rim.
Now add1 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1 tsp Red Chili powder
Cook a little
Add some water and let it get cooked till you get one boil
Add some fresh cream it will help reduce tomato tartness
Time to add fried eggs
Add some Kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves) crushed
And some coriander leaves
Mix well. Cover the lead and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Your Punjabi Egg Curry Recipe is ready, take it out in a serving bowl.
