Ingredients

  • 2 chopped garlics ,
  • 1 onion chopped.
  • 1 sweet corn boiled
    (half churn and half pilled ),
  • 1 green chilly
  • ½ cup chopped coriander,
    1 cup chopped spinach
    2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise,
  • some cheese,
  • 4 tortillas
  • 4 tbsp.
  • oil mixed herbs.

Methods

  • Heat the pan and add some oil to it.
    sauté onion,
    garlic, and chilly, adding some salt to it.
  • Add corn to the onion and cook for some time.
  • Add coriander and spinach and cook till it becomes soft.
  • Add mixed herbs in to it.
  • Let the mixture cool down.
  • Add some mayonnaise to the mixture.
  • Take the grill pan
  • Place 1 tortillas on it.
  • Spread some stuffing on half tortilla, shred some cheese n fold it.

    Cook both the side.
    Serve with some salad.
