Ingredients

1 cup Boiled Quinoa
2 cups Water
1/2 cup chickpeas (Kabuli chana)
Green onion chopped
Tomatoes (optional)
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Pomegranate
Grilled chicken (optional)
For the salad dressing :
1 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs Balsamic vinegar
2 tbs Honey

Method

Take Boiled Quinoa.
Measurement for boiling: 1 cup Quinoa and 2 cup Water
Let it boil like you boil rice
Add 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
Mix well
Add chopped green onion
You can add tomatoes (optional)
Add lots of coriander leaves
Add few mint leaves for that extra freshness
Add pomegranate
Non-vegetarians can add grilled chicken
As such Quinoa and Chickpeas make this a high protein meal
Mix well
Let's make salad dressing
Take 1 tbs olive oil
Add 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
Add 2 tbs honey
mix it well.
Dressing is ready
Time to add Salad dressing into Salad
Serve the salad & garnish with mint leaves.
