Rasna Mango Chocolate Balls

When we create desserts with fruit, they have a very short shelf-life. And when we make sharbat at home, we add a lot of sugar in it. I wanted to avoid both issues. So have created this Rasna Mango Chocolate Balls dessert. You can have them anytime and I have not added sugar to make the Rasna Concentrate. The Mango flavor infused paneer inside crispy chocolate, will melt in your mouth. Must Try Recipe.

Rasna Mango Chocolate Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 gm Paneer (made from 1 ltr milk)(Alternative- cream cheese).
  • 1 tbs milk powder.
  • 1 tbs powder sugar (or as per taste).
  • Rasna 5 Immunity Boosters Alphonso Mango Flavour.
  • 1/4 cup water.
  • 150 gm Melted white chocolate.
  • Some chopped pistachios (to garnish).

Method

How to make?

  • Take a mixing bowl, add paneer (made from 1 ltr milk)/ cream cheese.
  • Add 1 tbs milk powder (for smoothness).
  • Add 1 tbs powder sugar (or as per taste).
  • Mix well with a spoon.
  • Take a small bowl to make Rasna concentrate with Rasna 5 Immunity Boosters Alphonso Mango Flavour.
  • Add 1/4 cup water.
  • Add powder and liquid both packets, mix it well.
  • Add 2 tsp concentrate in paneer mixture.
  • Mix it, roll out few balls and keep it in the freezer for an hour.
  • Further take some melted white chocolate in a bowl.
  • Dip paneer balls in it one by one.
  • Top with some chopped pistachios immediately.
  • Rest for a while and take them on a serving plate.
  • And then your Super Delicious Dessert Rasna Mango Chocolate Balls ready!!!
