Ingredients

2 tbs Oil
Few Curry Leaves
2 cup makhana (lotus seeds)
Salt per taste

Method

Heat up a pan
Add 2 tbs Oil
First fry curry leaves
Keep them aside for garnishing
Now add 2 cup makhana
Sprinkle some salt
Now add curry leaves
We want to dry roast makhana on slow flame
Once roasted, add smoked paprika
Mix it well
Serve it warm in a bowl
Garnish with fried curry leaves
